How do we know if it was presented to our children that way?

How much advanced training are the teachers given?
Does the diagnostic show where the student is expected to be performing by the end of their grade level?
When is proficiency expected?
Does it show where they should have been coming into the school year?
Do the games count as time on task? Or just lessons count for time?
I have two questions: first, is there nationally normative data you could share indicating that iReady students have better growth rates than students in other programs?
Also, I see the big picture focus of the program, but I am concerned about development of fact fluency. The focus on the algorithm is important, but when are students becoming efficient in their facts?
I am concerned that students get disheartened as the algorithms become more complex when the fact basics aren't there.
